Return Policy

What is the return policy?

Bamboo Children's Wear is happy to provide you with an exchange in size or refund in the form of a store credit (minus the shipping cost). 

To qualify for an exchange or return, the item must be in original condition with original tags attached, unworn, altered or washed.

The item must be returned within 10 days of receiving it and in its original packaging. 

Item/s purchased on Bamboo's online store can also be exchanged in physical stores with proof of purchase. 

Due to health & hygiene safety, exchanges or returns cannot be offered on:

- stockings

- hair accessories

- hats, beanies, caps

 

I need a different size:

- exchanging size is subject to stock availability 

- send an email to bamboochildrenswear@gmail.com to confirm size availability and it can be put on hold until we receive your original item back

- you are responsible for any cost associated with returning the item to us 

- once we have received the item back, an email 

 

I don't like the item anymore:

- unfortunately we don't offer refunds for change of mind

- we can provide you with a store credit (minus the shipping cost)

- you are responsible for any cost associated with returning the item to us 

- once we have received the item back, we will gladly ship the new item to you

- exchanges can only be placed once per item

 

My item is faulty:

- we apologise if you have received a faulty item, as we check all items before shipping 

- please email us at bamboochildrenswear@gmail.com further details of the defective product 

- we will offer a replacement or store credit (minus shipping cost) if available
